power toothbrush?

Hi dear friends, I have a power toothbrush that uses a regular AA battery (not chargeable) but I run out battery very quickly and it costs me a lot of money to buy new batteries so quickly. I have two questions: 1) can I buy a rechargeable AA battery and an AA battery charger so I can use them for my toothbrush? Will that solve my problem and will I save some money by doing that? 2) Is there any electric toothbrush that plugs into power outlet instead of using batteries so I can buy?
